The basics
Do I really pay nothing until I see my site?
Yes. We build your finished site first and send you a link. You only start paying if you want it to go live.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what to change and we'll change it. If it's still not for you, walk away. You owe nothing.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee. Essentials is $39 a month, Growth is $79 and Pro is $119 (or pay yearly and get 2 months free, plus a free domain name). Cancel anytime.
Who owns the free domain?
Frameline registers and renews it for you while you're on a yearly plan. If you'd like to move it to your own account, we'll transfer it for a one-time $25 fee.
The free domain comes with yearly plans: one .com, .net, .us or .co name up to $15 a year. If you switch to monthly, it keeps working and renews at the registrar's price, with no markup. If you cancel, we offer the transfer for 30 days; after that it isn't renewed.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. We build it, host it and keep it running. You never log in to anything. If you want a change, you text us.
How long does it take?
We'll give you a straight answer when you reach out. You'll get a text with a link as soon as your site is ready to look at.
Results
Can you guarantee more calls or the top of Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls where Google ranks you or how many people call. What we do: build a good site, set it up properly, fix your Google listing, and make it easy for customers who find you to call or ask for a quote.
What is Google Business Profile cleanup?
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up on Google Maps and search with your hours, phone and photos. We make sure it links to your new site and that your hours, services and photos are right.
Will you write reviews for me?
Never. On the Growth plan, we send your customers a short message after each job asking for a review, and we write replies to the reviews you get. Every review comes from a real customer.
Your site
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. If your site is old, broken or expired, we can build you a new one to compare. Same deal: you see it before you pay.
Do I get my own web address?
Yes. Your site lives on your own domain, like yourbusiness.com. If you already own one, we use it. If not, we'll help you get one.
How do changes work?
Text us what you want changed: a new service, new photos, holiday hours. We make the change and let you know when it's done.
Where do you work?
We are starting in Rockland County and the Hudson Valley, but your site can be built from anywhere. Everything happens by text and email, so we can work with trades in other areas too.
